Finance Ministry

Financial well-being is important to any family or community. The ability of Holy Family Parish to provide services to its members and the community depends, in many ways, upon our financial health and management of those resources.

Financial resources at Holy Family are budgeted, allocated and managed by our Finance Committee. Every effort is made to make this financial system informative and accountable to parish members, because it is important that each parishioner takes some ownership and responsibility for this very essential aspect of parish life. Finance Council members are:

Ed Rudnicki
Mary Gharrity
Pete Roche
Sheila Brauns
Don Williams
Msgr. Tom Bales
Marilyn Downer
Sherrie Mendoza

Collection Counters

The Finance Ministry needs Sunday and Monday morning collection counters. Sunday counters work from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. once every 7 weeks. Monday counters are asked to work one month per year. They count every Monday morning from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. for one month, and then they are not called upon until 12 months later.

Holy Family Heritage Society

The Heritage Society of Holy Family is composed of members, both living and deceased, who have left gifts to one of the six Foundations of Holy family.  Funds from these six Foundations are earmarked specifically for the purposes of each Foundation.  The principal is never touched—only the interest is used.  These funds are there for generations to come to help with the future needs of our parish, of our school, and of the needy.  These foundations are:

The Holy Family Parish Foundation
(Earmarked for special parish needs)
The Holy Family School Foundation
(Earmarked for special school needs)
The Holy Family Foundation for the Needy
(These funds are already being used to help the need)
Light of the World Endowment
(Set up to help defray expenses of the Light of the World Program)
Nazareth Chapel Endowment
(Set up to defray the cost of reading materials and flowers
and for the general upkeep of the Adoration chapel)

The Bronson’s Tuition Assistance Endowment
(Provides help to families needing assistance with school tuition)

Contributions to these funds are most welcome and are a way of insuring the future of our parish.  Please contact Monsignor Bales or Marilyn Downer at 398-4280 if you have questions or wish to donate to one of these funds.

Memorials for Holy Family Parish

Memorials for loved ones are available through Holy Family Parish.  We encourage this beautiful way of remembering a loved one who has died, both at the time of death or at any other time.  Please call the Harte Center at 398-4280 for more information on these memorials.

New Stations of the Cross

The Stations of the Cross have been constructed behind the Adoration Chapel.  If you would like to donate funds necessary for enhancements to this area, please contact Marilyn Downer at 398-4280.
