The Student Choir of Holy Family School is comprised of 3rd through 8th graders who love to sing the praises of God!  The choir's schedule is most "in sync" with the school schedule, but all children of the parish are welcome.  Please contact Jessica Koenig, the school music teacher for more information.  The choir is divided into three sections for rehearsal purposes as follows:

3rd Grade

3rd grade members practice after school until 3:45pm on Tuesdays and on the first Tuesday of every month from 2:30-2:55 while school is in session.  3rd grade members sing at masses with the full choir on the first Wednesday of every month, special masses, monthly at a weekend parish mass (as indicated on the schedule), and the Christmas Concert.

4th and 5th Grade

4th and 5th grade members practice from 2:25-2:55 on Tuesdays and Thursdays while school is in session.  They sing at all school liturgies, the Christmas Concert, and monthly at a weekend parish mass (as indicated on the schedule).  They also attend festivals around the Rockford and Chicago areas.

Junior High

Junior High members practice during lunch and recess on Tuesdays (11:40-12:20), and also from 2:25-2:55 on Tuesdays.  They sing at all school liturgies, the Christmas Concert, and monthly at a weekend parish mass (as indicated on the schedule).  They also attend festivals around the Rockford and Chicago areas.
