Celebrate
From time-to-time,
families donate books to celebrate birthdays, to honor First Communicants,
to remember loved ones, or to thank special teachers. A bookplate is
placed in the front of each book noting the occasion. A list of suggested
titles is available from Mrs. Finnegan, (bfinnegan@holyfamilyrockford.org)
The New Book Fair is a great opportunity to choose a gift for the library. Many new titles are on display at that time. Watch for upcoming information on the fair which will be held on October 11th.
Monetary gifts received in the 2006-2007 school year were used to purchase the Monarch Award titles and accompanying AR quizzes as well as to replace many worn but favorite books.
