Social Studies
We will be learning about our country's history. We will begin with a focus on the early Native Americans in North America. We will then be transitioning into colonization and the formation of government. We will end the year with modern history. The children will participate in a wide variety of in-class projects as well as reports. There is an emphasis on note taking strategies and study skills.
