Language Arts
The language
arts curriculum includes basic study of phonics, grammar, punctuation and
capitalization. These skills are taught in weekly spelling
and reading lessons and reinforced across the curriculum. Students
are encouraged to express themselves through creative writing experiences
applying these skills. Examples of creative writing are implemented
in many subject areas.
