Students are given tickets as a reward for certain behaviors.  They receive a ticket each day for filling out their assignment notebook correctly.  They receive tickets in art and music classes for good behavior and cooperation.  Then we periodically have ticket drawings for prizes.  Parents are asked to donate small prizes for these drawings.  I also have classroom privileges that I include for prizes.
